I’m seeking a position to support PC end users and help establish, plan, and implement organizations policies and procedures of their systems and networking support services.


Speedflex/Versatech (MIS: Mid-Level Technician) – Nov. 2013-present (Full Time)

My responsibilities at Speedflex/Versatech Help Desk are:

  • Provide end user PC, printer, and networking support across various locations
  • Provide a single point of contact for all users to report problems and work toward fixing issues
  • Provide phone and remote support across all Speedflex/Samtec locations around the world
  • Implement Preventative Maintenance plans to help keep systems running
  • Work within a time frame helping end users get problems fixed in a timely manner
  • Often work on multiple PC problems simultaneously

Code & Media (Chief Operating Officer) – Mar. 2012 – June 2014 (Part Time)

Code & Media was a Web Design business managing the design, hosting, and maintenance of local and international small business websites.

My responsibilities at Code & Media were:

  • Design and develop websites using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, JQuery
  • Maintain a MySQL online database
  • Host websites and use WordPress as the backend CMS
  • Meet clients and discuss advertising strategies
  • Manage SEO and implement the latest SEO practices

Perry’s PC Repair (Owner/Technology Consultant) – Feb. 2012 – Feb. 2014 (Part Time)

Perry’s PC Repair was my local Computer Repair that serviced business and residential clients around Seymour, IN

My responsibilities at Perry’s PC Repair were:

  • Provide consulting services on all technical support issues
  • Set up new computer systems for commercial and residential clients
  • Educate users on safe computer and internet practices
  • Provide remote and phone support
  • Maintain a technical support blog on company website (no longer available online)
  • Maintain a small business’s marketing and advertising strategies
  • Manage business accounting software (Quickbooks)

Speedflex/Versatech (Production) – Apr. 2006 – Nov. 2013 (Full Time)

My responsibilities at Versatech were:

  • Operational Support Specialist – responsible for tracking and scheduling orders
  • Trained to work with solder, QA certified, and ability to read blueprints
  • Works with a group to get orders out on time on a daily basis
  • Build various acclimate cabling including RJ-45 and USB connectors

Compucom (PC Technician Contractor) – Jan. 2011 – Apr. 2011 (Weekend Part Time)

My responsibilities working for Compucom included:

  • Computer systems bank refresh across several banks in Indiana and Kentucky
  • Installed end user desktop PC computer systems and printers
  • Installed various software services including banking applications and Microsoft Office
  • Accomplished tasks within the alloted time given with a small team of IT professionals


Ivy Tech College (Present)

I’m currently studying for the CINS (Computer Information Systems) degree. This degree will help strengthen my knowledge in the computer consulting field and guide me through various certifications including CompTIA certs. I transferred three years of credits received from Indiana University Southeast studying Computer Science. Projected completing in Spring 2015.

Indiana University Southeast (2006-2009)

Studied Computer Science and expanded my skills with the Java programming language, computer systems, and networking support. Also gained a stronger grasp on technical writing. Did not graduate from IUS, but transferred credits to Ivy Tech.

Other Job Experience’s I’ve Had (2012)

Various responsibilities at Darkstation included: Hosting and helping jumpstart their Podcasting show called the Darkcast (hosted the first 25 episodes.) Also would review and write news on the latest video game industry news (no longer online) (2010-2011)

Co-founder of Worked with a group of international writers to run a video game news website. Held meetings to discuss strategies on expanding coverage of the video game industry. Ran a website that would average 10,000 hits per month, with some months hitting 200,000+ hits. Worked with various publishers/developers developing relationships to help cover the industry.
